'Addams Family' Musical Premieres In Dublin

DUBLIN, CA – They’re creepy and they’re kooky and they’re headed to Dublin.

On Friday and Saturday, the Dublin High School drama department will debut a production of the Addams Family musical, based on the long-running television and film series about a spookily strange family.

In this story, Wednesday Addams has grown up and fallen in love with someone sweet and smart - and not necessarily approved by her parents. Gomez Addams knows, but must keep the love match a secret from his wife during an awkward dinner.

The show premieres Friday at 7 p.m., with performances at 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday. Tickets cost $5 for DHS students and staff, $10 for educators and students anywhere, and $15 for the general public.
