DUBLIN, CA — Dublin is the 26th wealthiest community with over 25,000 residents in the country based on median household income five-year estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2021 American Community Survey analyzed in a report from 24/7 Wall St.

Dublin has a median household income of $171,168 and a 2023 median home value of $983,000 according to the survey and Zillow, respectively. Its home value was ranked the 46th highest in the country.

Bay Area cities comprised 11 cities in the Top 25 list, including the number one spot. Danville ranked 17th, San Ramon ranked 25th, and Pleasanton came in at 32nd.
