Federal OSHA Vaccine and Testing Mandate Update
The Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) emergency temporary standard (ETS) on vaccination and testing that would have applied to employers with 100+ employees has been blocked by the U.S. Supreme Court and will not be going into effect.
