Dublin 'Nature In Our Backyard' Photo Contest Accepting Submissions

DUBLIN, CA — Dublin is a beautiful city, full of rolling green hills, flowing creeks, and wide open meadows. To celebrate its natural beauty, the city is once again sponsoring its "Nature in Our Backyard" photography contest.

Photographers have until March 31 at 11:59 p.m. to submit photos highlighting the city's natural beauty. Photos must have been taken in Dublin no earlier than April 1, 2024, though photographers do not need to be Dublin residents. Photographers must include the location where they took they photo, and should not edit their photo in any major way. Individual photographers can submit up to five photos.

A panel of judgers will narrow submissions to the top ten, and then the community will vote on the first through third place winners. The top four photos by votes will receive a gift certificate and metal photograph from Mike's Camera of Dublin. The top photographers will also be recognized at a Dublin City Council meeting.
