Wave Waterpark To Offer Free Admission Friday
KTVU's "Mornings on 2" will be filming an episode of "Zip Trips" that day.

DUBLIN, CA — Here’s a bit of good news for the sweltering height of summer: for one morning in August, Dublin’s Wave waterpark will be offering free admission. Not only that, you might get to be on TV.
KTVU’s Mornings on 2 news team will be filming a Dublin edition of “Zip Trips,” which highlights destinations around the Bay Area. To celebrate, the city of Dublin is offering free admission to the park to anyone who arrives by 8:30 a.m. The park will be open until noon.
Ticket sales begin at 8 a.m. Anyone who arrives between 8:30 and 10 a.m. will receive half-price tickets ($8 for residents and $9.50 for non-residents.) Doors will close at 10 p.m.

The park is open daily from 11 to 6 p.m. until Labor Day (though it is only open on weekends after mid-August.) Residents pay $16 and non-residents pay $19. Visit thedublinwave.com or call 925-574-4800 for more information.
