Crash on 134 Freeway Closes Lanes

A two-vehicle traffic crash on the Ventura (134) Freeway near Figueroa Street Thursday resulted in four people injured and closed three lanes, authorities said.

A Honda and Lincoln Navigator crashed into each other and suffered extensive damage at 9:54 a.m., according to Officer Francisco Villalobos of the California Highway Patrol.

The Los Angeles Fire Department transported four patients involved in the crash to the local hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries, according to Los Angeles County fire spokeswoman Katherine Main.

The lanes were reopened at 11:22 a.m.
