Eagle Rock Mom Turns to Stem Cell Research in Hope of Helping Brain-Damaged Daughter

An Eagle Rock mom whose five-year-old daughter suffered a brain injury when she was an infant has turned to stem cell research in the hope that it will help give her child an opportunity to lead a full life.

According to CBS News, Olivia Rosewood had banked blood from the umbilical cord of her daughter Grace when she was born. Rosewood is now hoping that advances in stem cell research will enable doctors to turn her daughter’s life around.
