Help Finalists in 'Deck the House' Contest Win $100,000
If either of these two houses in Sherman Oaks and Chatsworth wins the final round of voting, its owner will get $100,000 to be spent on LAUSD schools.
The best-decorated houses in Los Angeles during the holiday season aren't too far from Eagle Rock—and they're in the running for Patch's national Deck the House contest.
Patch readers have picked the houses of Mike Ziemkowski in Sherman Oaks and Wendy Wells in Chatsworth as potential landing spots for Santa on Christmas Eve.
Patch received a ton of entries, and it was terrific to showcase everyone’s holiday spirit. But we’re still looking for the one home so spectacularly decorated that it could be the contest's national grand prize winner.

We will choose 25 finalists from all entries across the country. From Dec. 18 through Dec. 28, vote for the house you think has the most over-the-top holiday decorations, and its owner could win $100,000 for his or her local school district.
Visit this page to browse a gallery of the finalists and cast your vote. It's that simple. The grand prize winner will be announced Dec. 29.
