Altivo Way Pug Mascot Passes
"Spyder" was 19-years-old and deeply beloved by many on the historic street just off Echo Park Avenue.
Don Hicks of the East Altivo Way Residents sent us the above photo of Spyder.
According to Hicks he was the mascot of this very dog-friendly and historic street just off Echo Park Avenue.
The 19-year-old pug recently passed away.

Spyder's duties are being covered, in part, by Nibblic2, 14, and Thor, 1, as well as Cashaca, the cat who is 8.

The animal-loving residents of East Altivo Way met recently to discuss emergency preparedness on the street and other ways to work together.
They'll meet again the second week in April according to Hicks.
