Biker Killed in Echo Park Identified
Authorities identified a young man killed when his motorcyclist struck a guardrail on the Glendale (2) Freeway.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Authorities Thursday identified a motorcyclist who was killed when he struck a guardrail at the end of the southbound Glendale (2) Freeway in the Echo Park area.
The crash was reported about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday where the freeway transitions to Glendale Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
David Park, 24, of Los Angeles died at the scene, the coroner's office reported.

Two southbound lanes of the freeway were closed for about three hours while an investigation was conducted, according to the California Highway Patrol.
