Carjacking Suspects Keeps Crashing Till Police Arrest Him
A man who allegedly crashed a stolen truck, then carjacked the other driver was finally arrested after slamming into a bunch of parked cars.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A man driving a stolen Jeep carjacked an SUV in the Pasadena area Wednesday after rear-ending it, then sped away and crashed the vehicle into some parked cars in Burbank before being taken into custody following a struggle with a California Highway Patrol officer, authorities said.
The incident began about 9:15 a.m. in the general area of Allen Avenue and the Foothill (210) Freeway, where a motorist was reported to be driving erratically, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Pasadena police were notified by the CHP that the suspect was being sought, but were unable to locate him.

Around that time, the CHP became aware that a white SUV had been carjacked, apparently by the same suspect following a traffic crash, and the vehicle was on the westbound 210 Freeway, according to the CHP and broadcast reports.
A short time afterward, the suspect crashed the SUV into some parked vehicles in the general area of Buena Vista Street and Riverside Drive in Burbank, and he was taken into custody following a struggle with a CHP officer who briefly clung to the still-moving auto before it came to a stop.

Carolien Fehmers told KCAL9 that the suspect, who was not immediately identified, was driving a Jeep that rear-ended her SUV. She said she stopped and got out " to look at what the damage was."
"The guy ran right by me, got in my car and took off," Fehmers said. "And (he) drove all over the place and totaled my car. It was crazy ... I guess he was in a stolen vehicle and traded it in for my car and just took off. It's really weird to see your car being driven off by someone else."
