Cinco de Mayo Street Game Will Educate About the City

The Journey to the End of the NIght will bring contestants of all ages through city streets in a kind of treasure hunt tag game. The route is secret but it will begin at the Rio de Los Angeles State Park at 6:30 p.m on May 5.

Those willing will have a chance to experience Cinco de Mayo from L.A. Streets.

The fifth annual "Journey to the End of the Night" will engage locals in what organizers call a "pursuit across the city in multiple parts."

No cars, bikes or skateboards can be used. It's just you and your feet and maybe some public transit.

"This is an intense game, capable of changing your perspective on an entire city," according to organizers.

The goal is to "check in" at a variety of locations without being tagged "out." Chasers aren't easy to spot, so you'll have to be on your toes.
