Goldsnatchers Hit East Hollywood, Northeast L.A.
There have been a total of 9 incidents in Cypress Park, Highland Park and one at Heliotrope and Santa Monica Boulevard. Could Echo Park or Silver Lake be next?
As many as three crews of goldsnatchers could be operating in the area.
The EastsiderLA reports that the LAPD's Northeast Division has issued a warning to residents.
The robbers are running up to victims and snatching their gold chains.

The most recent incident happened on Wednesday in Highland Park at the corner of Figueroa Street and 43rd Avenue.
There was also an incident near Heliotrope Drive and Santa Monica Boulevard on Saturday, Oct. 22.
