Los Feliz Umami to Reopen, Sunset Coffeehouse Delayed
Umami returns with a new dish that combines pizza and the cheeseburger. Talk about comfort food! Meantime, the new Caffe VIta is hitting some snags.
As previously reported, Los Feliz location has been dark of late, closed for "spring cleaning."
The light shines again Thursday when the home of the Carnitas Burger--with its nod to taco stand culture--reopens at 5 p.m.
Umami will also premiere its "Umami Supreme," a $12 patty blended with sausager and pepperoni, and topped with sauce and cheese.
