Rampart Crime Map: Theft in Silver Lake's Maltman Hills

A theft occurred inside a multi-unit residential building near Hoover Street on Bellevue Avenue early Sunday evening.

Reported crimes have dipped recently in the Los Angeles Police Department's Rampart Division.

That's even true about the area west of Hoover Street and north of Beverly Boulevard, where we have been seeing a lot of auto thefts and a few robberies of late.

That trend plays out again in this week's first report, provided to us by the commanders at Rampart.
