Cameras were still rolling at 7 p.m. as lights beamed "Night for Day" into the Craftsman bungalow housing the shoot.

Out on the lawn, two food stylists were hard at work crafting Doritos Tacos.

They said they'd made about 150 during the shoot, all in the pinkish shells that distinguish the "Doritos Taco."   (See our photo, above.)

Sunset Triangle Plaza has its grand opening Sunday at 11 a.m.

The Doritos Taco launches at Taco Bell March 8.
