Bloom & Belong: A Weekly Moms Group in Redwood City
Bloom & Belong is a weekly, welcoming space for moms with babies ages 0–18 months—created to help you breathe, connect, and feel supported during the beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming) season of early motherhood.
Led by Jamie Mueller, RN, lactation and sleep consultant, this group offers a blend of expert guidance and genuine community. Expect real conversations, shared experiences, and support around feeding, sleep, postpartum adjustments, and the emotional transition into motherhood. Babies are welcome exactly as they are - fusses, cries, naps, and all.
Classes begin January 26, 2026, and meets every Monday from 10:00–11:00 AM (except holidays) at Redwood Parents Nursery School.
Whether you’re a first-time mom or welcoming another baby, Bloom & Belong is a place to build your village and feel less alone.
Cost: $60/month or $20 drop-in
