Average San Diego County Gas Price Drops For 10th Straight Day
The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gas in San Diego County dropped for the 10th consecutive day on Thursday, AAA says.
SAN DIEGO COUNTY -- The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped today for the 10th consecutive day, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price information Service.
The price fell nine-tenths of a cent today, to reach $4.037.
The average price has dropped 6.3 cents over the past 10 days, including eight-tenths of a cent on Wednesday, AAA and OPIS data show.

The streak of decreases follows three consecutive increases that pushed the average price to its highest amount since July 27, 2015.
The average price is 4.9 cents less than one week ago and 1.3 cents lower than one month ago but 30.6 cents higher than one year ago.
