Counter Culture Launches in Leucadia

There's a new breakfast and lunch option on Coast Highway 101 in Leucadia.

Counter Culture opened Tuesday in theCounter Culture will serve breakfast and lunch every day from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.—and at 3 p.m., HapiFish will take over.

"The idea is to serve up a different menu, but share the same local's beach vibe as HapiFish," owner Justin Masunaga said of the new concept in

Counter Culture’s breakfast includes breakfast sandwiches, burritos, several baked goods, and a DIY counter for oatmeal, parfait and acai bowl. Lunchtime offerings include a DIY salad counter, soups, sandwiches, and some not-so-common bento boxes, like the taco bento box.
