The Encinitas 101 MainStreet Association is happy to announce its 4th Annual Wellness Week, January 25 – February 1, 2014. Wellness Week is a week-long program of events and special offers that helps people learn about and experience ways to improve their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
The upcoming program, sponsored by Tri-City Medical Center, begins with the Wellness Week Festival at the Encinitas Library on Saturday, January 25, from 11am to 3pm. There will be dozens of exhibitors, offering everything from free health screenings and acupuncture treatments to cooking demonstrations and kids’ activities.
During the week that follows, everyone is invited to take advantage of numerous free classes, treatments, consultations and presentations.
