The challenge measures online pledges of residents who promise to conserve water and take care of the environment in other ways. The city with the highest percentage of pledges wins.

Residents from the winning cities are entered to with such prizes as a Toyota Prius and a Lowe's gift card.
The process takes about a minute and should be done at www.mywaterpledge.com before April 30th.
