Encinitas OB/GYN Surrenders License After Botched Home Birth
NBC 7 investigates Dr. Robert Biter who has offices in Encinitas is is accused of negligence and other deficiencies in a stillborn death during a home birth.
An Encinitas doctor accused of botching the home childbirth of Amber of and Michael Lukacs. has surrendered his medical license, reports NBC 7 who learned, "Dr. Robert Biter agreed to stop practicing medicine in California, effective at 5 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 26."
