Encinitas Woman Tied Up and Robbed in Her Home
The suspects made off with her purse, and are still on the loose.

An elderly woman was tied up and robbed inside her Encinitas home Thursday afternoon.
Just after 1:30 p.m. two men approached the homeowner while she was in her back yard on Rainbow Ridge Lane, according to a report for the Sherriff’s Department. The men then claimed that she owned them money and forced her inside. They then tied her up and after searching through her home, took off with her purse.
The men are described as Hispanic and in the 20s. They were both wearing green jumpsuits and seen driving a silver or grey van.
