Free Poetry Workshop This Weekend

April is National Poetry Month, and if that has you feeling inspired to dabble in the art, you’re in luck: The City and Full Moon Poets are sponsoring a free workshop this weekend at the

Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. you can go work with award-winning poet Cory Taft and professor of creative writing Josh Flemming, who is also a published poet.

The three-hour session is limited to 25 participants ages 16 and older. If you’d like to attend, you can RSVP by calling the library at 760-753-7376 (press 03 to speak to library staff), or you may RSVP in person at the Reference Desk.
