Fully Loaded Juicery Opens Shop in Leucadia

After nine months of selling hand crafted organic juice recipes at local farmer's markets, on October 14th, Fully Loaded Micro Juicery opened its doors at 466 N Coast Hwy 101, between The Panniken and Lou's Records. 

The shop has a new production kitchen, with a commercial Juiced Rite cold pressed juicer the size of a cannon.

Owners, and husband/wife, Kaz Murphy and Jacque Grad run the store. Organic chef and juice recipe whiz Jacque oversees the kitchen and Kaz runs the shop. 

An avid juicer for more than two decades, former Life Coach Kaz began several years ago to include Jacque's juice recipes into the diets of his clients; Parkinsons patients, schizophrenics, physically impaired and geriatrics. Many of his clients were in and out of hospitals, and it was easy to see how poor nutrition from hospital food made them sometimes worse instead of better. He started by giving them their favorite juice, and over time would add in various vegetables, fruits, protein powder and superfoods. His clients not only came to love and expect their juice, but Kaz began to notice that their attitudes, skin color and energy would often improve after consuming it.

Every juice recipe at Fully Loaded Micro Juicery is organic and cold pressed. The cold pressed process allows enzymes, nutrients, minerals and vitamins to stay alive as opposed to the centrifugal juicing method which creates heat and oxidation, and therefore depletes a lot of the nutrition. The juices are not pasteurized or treated in any way, and are to be consumed within 3 days of production. Biggest seller Purple Verde contains kale, romaine, chard, celery, cucumber, parsley, beet, a touch of green apple, lemon and ginger. Sweet Purple Verde adds more apple to sweeten it up, but not too much. Along with a wide variety of green recipes, delicious fruit recipes, and tantalizing veggie/fruit mixtures, Fully Loaded also offers a boatload of naturally flavored almond mylks. Currently the Pumpkin Pie steals the show; fresh pumpkin, raw almond milk, date, cinnamon and organic allspice. Along with steady recipe favorites,
