I-5 On-Ramp From Encinitas Blvd. to Close Sunday Night
Construction will close the on-ramp for a night.
The on-ramp to northbound Interstate 5 on Encinitas Boulevard will be closed Sunday night and re-open sometime Monday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Construction crews will be working, forcing the closure of the on-ramp. The CHP didn't have a specific time that the on-ramp will re-open on Monday.
