Into Health and Vitality? Check Out Beaming in Del Mar

Beaming opened in Del Mar across the way from Flower Hill at 2683 Via de la Valle in December 2012.

Inside the store you'll find super foods and unique smoothies made-to-order as well as bottled. Everything is gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free.

Smoothies cost $6-12.

The owner, Lisa Odenweller found she could heal herself and her family through food and developed a raw food juice cleanse program. "Juice cleanses are bad for your metabolism, but incorporating raw foods makes the program work," explained Odenweller.

Beaming also serves raw lasagna made out of zuchini and ceviche made out of coconut in to-go containers. Among the other refridgerated prodcuts are salads, chia pudding, desserts, and locally made Bitchin' Sauce. There's also protein powders, with dry packaged goods like libido enhancing hot chocolate mix with Maca.
