Park Dale Lane's Harvest Festival Draws Almost 1000 People
In addition to costumes, games and prizes, the school's "recycling ninja" announced a recycling contest for the kids.
Park Dale Lane's Harvest Festival on Oct. 11 had 1,000 people in attendance. "That's double the people from last year and we made double the money," said Charlene Corn. Funds raised will support the construction of an outdoor classroom/kitchen and the renovation of the school's playground equipment.
The elementary school's "Recycling Ninja" also made a visit to announce a recycling contest starting in November.
