Breed: Buff and White, shorthaired tabby kitten
Hoot is one of the many kittens who need families now that "kitten season" is in full swing.
Hoot has big round eyes like an owl, hence his name. His fur coat is a soft combination of buff and white.
Remember that he's a baby. When you adopt Hoot or any other kitten, you're making a lifelong commitment...and receiving a lifetime of love. And because he's still a baby, Hoot can have bursts of energy then lull into catnaps with no warning.
Hoot's $195 adoption fee includes medical exam, up to date vaccinations, neuter, and his microchip identification.
To meet "Hoot" log on to SDpets.org, call 760-753-64-13, or visit Rancho Coastal Humane Society at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas. Kennels are open Wednesday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
