Pet of the Week: Kaitlin is One Smart German Shepherd

"Kaitlin" is the Pet of the Week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas. She's a 5-1/2 year old, 56 pound, spayed, female, German Shepherd.           

You can tell that her previous owner took very good care of her and gave her lots of training. But when they weren’t able to spend time with Kaitlin, they surrendered her and asked Rancho Coastal Humane Society to find a new home and forever family for her.  

Kaitlin loves people of all ages and she gets along great with other dogs. Like most German Shepherds, Kaitlin is very affectionate and loyal. She’ll want to be right by your side as much as possible.  

The $145 adoption fee for Kaitlin includes medical exam, up to date vaccinations, spay, and microchip identification.
