Meet Encinitas Patch’s Pet of the Week, Raihan—a cat with stunning beauty.

Name: Raihan

Age: 2 years

Weight:  9 pounds

Gender: Female, spayed  

Breed: Siamese —Lilac Point mix cat

The name "Raihan" comes from an Arabic word that means "Fragrance of Heaven." That makes this a perfect name for her since her eyes are as blue and the heavens on a sunny day.

Even with the thousands of cats and kittens that have been adopted at Rancho Coastal Humane Society during the past 62 years, Raihan stands out. She has the gray face and ears of a Siamese cat with long, white whiskers and striking, blue eyes.       

Her $145 adoption fee includes medical exam, up-to-date vaccinations, spay, and her microchip identification.
