Update: Encinitas Sushi Lounge Opening Monday

Encinitas Sushi Lounge announced today that its doors will  open on Monday, May 14.

“Coastal living and sushi are a natural fit, and we’re really hoping to tailor the menu to the local community,” co-owner Katie Rooney

Rooney and fellow owner Frank Interlandi have rolled out that menu, which includes sushi rolls, specialty sashimi dishes, combination plates, various entrees and salads. Happy hour will run Monday through Thursday from 4  to 6 p.m.—and every Tuesday, you can get 50 percent off wine and sake.

“Not only will we have a large sushi bar, but we’ll have a bar area that will feature a lot of fun wines, saketini’s, mixed sake drinks and infusions,” Rooney added."

Encinitas Sushi Lounge is located at 461 Santa Fe Drive (Santa Fe Plaza Shopping Center) and it will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
