The Encinitas Historical Society is having an open house on Sunday Oct. 6 from 11am - 4pm to celebrate our schoolhouse's 130th birthday!
Go back in time, to a long-forgotten era when every child in Encinitas, from first grade through eighth, was taught by just one stalwart schoolmarm!
