Westcore Properties Buys Two Encinitas Buildings for $6.8 Million

Two buildings in the Westlake Professional Center have sold for $6.8 million.

HBTFT LLC sold the buildings at 679 and 681 Encinitas Blvd. to Westcore Properties for approximately $182 per square foot, according to the CoStar Group.

Both properties were fully leased at time of sale.

The building 679 Encinitas Blvd. is 8,564 square feet and was built in 1987. The building at 681 Encinitas Blvd. is 28,886 square feet and was built in 1980.
