What Do You Think About a Plastic Water Bottle Ban at City Events?

U-T San Diego reports the Encinitas City Council will debate Wednesday a proposed ban of plastic water bottles at city-sponsored meetings and special events. It would not be a general citywide ban on plastic bottles.
