Escondido Police Seek Missing Man

ESCONDIDO, CA — The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help locating a missing man last seen in the 2200 block of Puesta Del Sol in Escondido.

In a release, the sheriff's department said 33-year-old Kyle Meekins was last seen wearing a maroon sweater and gray shorts. He has brown hair, stands five-foot-eight and weighs around 150 pounds. Police said he may appear hunched while walking.

Police said Meekins has special needs, cannot drive and does not have access to a mobile phone. He was last seen aroun 11:30 a.m. on Monday.
