Former Fallbrook High Chris Bausch on his performance for Palomar: "Practice went well for us and our offensive line held up very well." "I can't be any more proud for our squad." "On the 52 yard touchdown that I scored the tight end did a good job at blocking the linebacker for me to go down the field from there I was confident we had a chance to win until the clock had to strike zero/" "At the end our squad kept falling apart a little bit we had lots of mistakes in high stress situations for us to fix up next week when preparing for East LA College we have to watch the films then make adjustments in practice."
Joe Earley Palomar Comets Head Football Coach: "Chris Bausch is a good running back he had the holes in the creases and made keys plays this is what football is all about its production we held the ball inside the 10 and to hold them to a field goal when we moved the ball on offense we had some untimely penalties it is a work in progress we were resiliant and responded, they made more plays then we did which is the difference in the score."
