Congregation Beth Shalom Cooking up Fun for Sunday's Jewish Food Faire (VIDEO)
Join Mauria Hirning and Lydia Inghram at Congregation Beth Shalom in Carmichael this Sunday.
The smells of delicious food wafted from the Congregation Beth Shalom as members Lydia Inghram, Mauria Hining and Anne Gershenzon prepared another batch of the famous Marvin Freedman chopped liver.
The three ladies were busily preparing for the Oct. 7 Sacramento Jewish Food Faired, guaranteed to feature a number of other fan favorites, like Inghram's kugel made from an old family recipe.
The event now in its 35th year features a number of shops, deli foods and other traditional imported and homemade Jewish delicasies.
