Do you feel anti-DUI program used in SJUSD schools makes a difference?

In the past month, and high schools have held "Every 15 Minutes" programs aimed at giving students an anti-drunk driving message.
In the program, mock fatal crash scenes are set up using students where some students are killed and otherhers are arrested. The following day, an assembly is typically held involving law enforcement officers and parents who lost children in alcohol-related crashes.
