San Juan Unified School District Board of Education: Three of the five seats on the San Juan Unified School District Board of Education expire at the end of 2012. Those seats belong to board president Richard Launey, clerk Lucinda Luttgen and member Larry Miles.
Carmichael Water District Board of Directors: Four candidates vie for two vacant Board of Directors seats in the upcoming November election. Incumbents in two separate districts, Mark R. Emmerson of Division 2 and Ron Greenwood in Division 4 will face off against Jim Baker and Peter Kazak for their respective seats.

Fair Oaks Water District Board of Directors: At least one seat on the district's board of directors is up for election. Daniel Gilliam is the Director for the Fair Oaks Water District’s Division Two and his seat will need to be filled by Decemeber 2012, according to the FOWD website.
Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District: Three board seats will be available; directors Brandon Rose and John O'Farrell will "term out" at the end of November as well as Board Chair Geoff Simcoe. They will be eligible for re-election if they choose to run. The term begins Dec. 11.
