Enjoy the music of Natalie Klempau and The Knockouts in Piatti Ristorante's lovely courtyard setting over a pomegranate martini and some appetizers. The weather will be nice for the setting, admittance is free and the event is open to all ages. Stop by around 6:30pm when music is scheduled to begin.
12th Annual Ice Cream Social
What better way to cool off on those hot summer nights than with ice cream? The Orangevale Recreation and Parks District is holding its annual ice cream social tonight. It's fun for the family with a night of swimming and sundaes, ice cream cones, banana splits and rootbeer floats. Want to get creative with your confections? Bring along something special, just don't forget your towel and your spoon. Purchase tickets in advance through the District Office or at the door.

Treasure Island
Ahoy, you landlubbers! Grab your favorite gentleman o' fortune, lass or matey and head down to the T.H.E. Actors Workshop in Folsom for a night of swashbuckling adventure on the high seas with a production of Treasure Island. Go on the account starting at 8 p.m. Your favorite grogs and fair eats will be available. General admission will cost you 14 doubloons, ye older folks shall be payin' $12 while the wee sprogs gain admittance for $7. Yo-ho-ho, 'tis a pirate's night, indeed.
