It's My Park Day Volunteers Want to Reduce Carbon Footprint
The volunteer cleanup effort will be followed with an end-of-day BBQ.
Beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday, July 14, volunteers will gather in coordination with members of the for the annual park cleanup known as "."
The annual event focuses on maintaining and planting plants and trees throughout Fair Oaks' parks as well as removing trash and making repairs to existing benches and other structures.
The event goes till about noon when all members and volunteers will meet for a BBQ and some entertainment at Fair Oaks Park.
