Man Arrested After San Juan Central Burglarized
Center is former site of Garfield Elementary School.
A man was arrested early Tuesday morning after breaking into the in Carmichael, a Sacramento County Sheriff's Department spokesman said.
William Bailey, 46, was arrested at about 3 a.m. after deputies say he was found with classroom keys in his possession, Dep. Jason Ramos said.
The center, at 3700 Garfield Ave., is the former site of Garfield Elementary School.
