Man Who Escaped Folsom Prison Captured on Manzanita Avenue

A man who escaped the Folsom Prison on Friday morning was found in Carmichael in the late afternoon, The Sacramento Bee is reporting.

Stephen Koble, 19, a convicted burglar from Yolo County, was arrested by Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies in the 4000 block of Manzanita Avenue shortly after 5 p.m., sheriff's Deputy Jason Ramos told The Bee.

Deputies arrested Koble without incident at about 5 p.m., Ramos said. He will be returned to the custody of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

Ramos could not be reached for comment by Carmichael Patch, as of press time.
