MBK Homes Hosts On-Site Project Meeting Oct. 9
Officials representing the firm developing a housing project at Madison and Kenneth avenues invite community members to participate in a casual conversation about the property.
On Tuesday, Oct. 9 MBK Homes spokesman Brian Holloway will host what he's calling a casual conversation at the housing development site at Madison and Kenneth avenues.
Holloway believes it might be helpful to talk about the project at its site instead of inside a building.
"Let's start a conversation on the property," Holloway said. "It seems like a good way to do that."

Holloway is scheduling the meeting on the property for 5:45 p.m.
The meeting comes on the heels of a townhall-style meeting held Wednesday Oct. 3 where Fair Oaks residents largely rejected MBK Homes plans for a 282-unit muti-tenant condominium complex.

Complaints surrounding the development have included, impacts to traffic surrounding an already congested Kenneth Avenue, lack of parking and an aesthetic that does not seem to connect with its surrounding community.
