Neighbors Seek Answers About Vandalized Home

Recently reader  emailed Fair Oaks Patch in the hopes of raising awareness about an issue surrounding the case of one vandalized home in his neighborhood.

Though it is arguable the incident could be isolated and raising too much awareness risks exacerbating the situation, Dick and neighbors are seeking answers.

Dick has his suspicions into the cause of the vandalism, but cannot be certain.
