Commission to Vote on Senior Residence

How do you think Sacramento County Planning Commission should voted on planned Carmichael facility?

The Sacramento County Planning Commission will vote on a proposed three-story senior residence in Carmichael in September, The Sacramento Bee is reporting.

The developer, Noah Beygall of Beygall Properties, wants three-story condominiums at the 66-unit development, called the Villas at Engle (Road) and Mission (Avenue), The Bee reported. Beygall reportedly wants a height of 45 feet, but opponents say that's too high.

Residents with the Mission Oaks North Neighborhood Association are opposed to the project.
