Kiwanis meeting, managing stress and high school boys soccer.
1. The meets each Wednesday at 7 a.m. at the Elks Lodge at 5631 Cypress Ave. in Carmichael.
2. 9:45 a.m.
3. In high school sports, the boys soccer team hosts Burbank at 4 p.m. The boys soccer team travels to Granite Bay at 4 p.m. The team is on the road at 7 p.m.
