
A burglary was attempted this morning at in the latest incident at a property, a district official said.
Conduit holding electrical wires were pulled down at the school on Glenridge Drive in an apparent attempt to make off with copper, said Ruth Meyer, who works in the district communications office.
District maintenance workers have completed repairs and there is no damage to the school's electrical system, Meyer said. There was no further damage and no interruptions to the regular school day.

The district offices have seen in the past two months. Last month, a after breaking into the , formerly the site of Garfield Elementary School.
