Seminar Series: A Matter of Balance
Eskaton Senior Living presents its seminar on regaining and maintaining balance for its members. The four-week workshop will fill up quickly, and reservations are required to attend. To sign up, call 916-344-1072 and visit the website. Sessions begin at 10:15 a.m. and go till 12:15.
Toddler Story Time
It's a day of songs, rhymes, stories and more for ages 18 months to 3 and their parents. Join members and other parents beginning at 11 a.m. There are plenty of stories to choose from, but time lasts only half-an-hour.

Candy Sushi
Speaking of Fair Oaks Library, members will be hosting a unique event for area teens. Now anyone can make sushi with traditional ingredients, but how about making it out of candy? Teens will be given the opportunity to create candy sushi out of their own design. Library members will also be making Manga buttons and stickers. Crafting of the tasty treats begins at 3:00 p.m. and lasts an hour.
